目的探讨医院外科门诊退换号的主要原因,针对这些原因提出相应的改进措施,为降低医院的退换号率提供相关参考依据。方法回顾性分析2017年3月1日-2017年3月31日本院外科门诊的退换号数量,并与医院同期退换号总量进行比较,对外科门诊退换号原因进行统计分析,查找出造成外科门诊退换号的主要原因,并针对这些原因提出相应的改进措施。结果该统计期内,外科门诊的退换号率为10.24%,同时期内医院的总退换号率为6.86%,经统计学分析数据之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明外科门诊的退换号率明显高于医院内总退换号率。经过对退换号原因进行分析,发现造成外科门诊退换号的原因主要有候诊时间过长、挂号人员失误以及改换专家号。结论为了减少医院外科门诊的退换号率,提高门诊医疗服务质量,医院应当建立完善的外科门诊退换号制度,加强对门诊护理人员以及出诊医生的培训,提高他们的业务素质,从而为患者提供更为高效、满意的医疗服务。

Conclusion In order to reduce the replacement rate of hospital outpatient clinics and improve the quality of outpatient medical services, the hospital should establish a sound surgical outpatient service number system, strengthen the training of outpatient nurses and clinicians to improve their professional qualities and thus provide patients with more For efficient and satisfactory medical services.
