通用的有限元程序系统是将有限元的理论和方法转化为生产力的关键性措施。SAP 程序就是这种通用的、行之有效的并且得到国际公认的程序系统。我们用 SAP 程序计算了变形阻力试验机用的轮幅式传感器的变形和应力,结果表明:轮幅式传感器其轮幅区处于纯剪切的工作状态,主应力倾角十分接近45°。这对我们确定合理的结构尺寸、选择恰当的粘贴应变片部位是很有意义的,计算从另一途径验证了轮幅式传感器变形和应力分布规律,对于我们进一步了解和使用此类传感器是有益处的。
The common finite element program system is a key measure to transform the theory and method of finite element into productivity. SAP programs are such a common, well-proven and internationally recognized programming system. We calculated the deformation and the stress of the spoke sensor used in the deformation resistance testing machine with the SAP program. The results show that the spoke area of the spoke sensor is in the purely shearing working state, and the principal stress angle is very close to 45 °. This is very significant for us to determine the reasonable size of the structure, choose the appropriate paste gage site, calculated from another way to verify the deformation and stress distribution of the spoke sensor law, for our further understanding and use of such sensors there Benefit.
