有部分乡镇卫生院,由于种种原因,已病入“膏盲”,处于奄奄一息的状态,每走一步都上气不接下气。所以,笔者认为,对已成“植物人”的卫生院,不如让他们“潇洒”的“死”一回。 使卫生院致“死”的病因,大体有以下四种: 1.有被“饿死”的。主要是布局不合理,供大于求。长期以来,在计划经济体制下,卫生院是按行政区划建制,一个乡不管范围大小,人口多少,条件好坏,有乡就建院,整齐划一。文革时期,有的乡在“一大二公”的影响下,对卫生院的建设超越了客观条件,面积不怕大,科室不怕全,人员不怕多,
