文章结合当前机床控制领域采用得最多的280微机介绍了一种开关量输出的优化设计方法。采用此法不仅可大量节省内存,而且可简化程序的设计工作。此方法的要点是输出端口地址从74LS138的Y口开始连续分配,这样把各组开关量从00H开始连续编号(组序)。每个开关量还规定一个位序,根据组序和位序即可确定一个开关量的地址。采用“屏蔽技术”可对任一开关量置0或置1而不影响其它开关量的状态.文中拾出了硬件电路图,子程序清单及框图。
In this paper, an optimal design method of switch output is introduced in combination with the 280 microcomputer which is the most widely used in machine tool control field. This method can not only save a lot of memory, but also simplify the design process. The main point of this method is that the output port address is continuously allocated from the Y port of the 74LS138. In this way, the switch numbers of each group are consecutively numbered from 00H (group order). Each switch also provides a bit sequence, according to the order and sequence to determine the address of a switch. The use of “shielding technology” can be set to any switch 0 or set to 1 without affecting the status of the other switch.
