以K417G为基体,预置La2O3-Ni复合电镀层,采用粉末包埋法进行渗铝,且在恒温条件下对渗铝试样进行高温氧化试验,重点研究了稀土La对渗铝涂层的表面改性和作用机理。分析发现,稀土元素La对渗铝过程有促进作用,并且使得渗层组织细小均匀,表面质量好;高温氧化过程中,渗铝层的外表面形成了致密的氧化膜,降低了氧化增重速率,使涂层具有较好的抗高温氧化性能。
