前言 根据冶金部和包钢公司的具体安排,我们组织了有关单位,把稀土精矿冶炼稀土合金全流程工艺工业试验分为30%稀土精矿造块工艺研究、矿热炉脱铁去磷工业试验、电弧炉冶炼高品位低钛稀土硅铁合金工业试验以及主工艺过程中环保测试等几个项目,进行分别攻关。该项试验是冶金部的重点科研项目,也是包头资源综合利用重要科研课题之一。这项工作对改变稀土合金产品结构、产品外销占领国际市场、稀土合金生产的发展,都具有很大意义,冶金部科技司于1984年12月29日,已对该项科研成果审定通过。 稀土一厂过去一直采用中贫矿脱铁渣为原料,生产稀土中间合金,这种渣由于稀土品位较低(REO10~14%),生产RE30~
