丹江口枢纽片岩区,岩石层理发育,有数层破碎带,且多为糜稜岩,倾角一般为55~60°,岩心很难采取。过去曾用过花管于钻,双层岩心管等特殊取心钻具,效果均不显著,岩心获得率一直未超过50%。我队针对这种岩石怕水、提动钻具易遭损坏等特点,研究试用了外冲洗式钻具,岩心获得率提高到70%以上,并能在破碎带中取原状结构的样品。一、钻具结构钻具分为上下两部,用一变丝接头联接。上部是沉淀管和双层管子,外管直径为127毫米,内管直径为108毫米;下部为单层岩心管,装有合金钻头,直径为130毫米。水从上部127、108管子间隙中射出,下部不进水。详细结构及冲洗液循环路见图1。

In the past, spent tubes were used on special coring tools such as drills and double-layer core pipes, and the results were not significant. The core yield did not exceed 50%. In view of the fear of water and the vulnerable drilling tools, our team tried to use external flushing tools to improve the core yield to more than 70% and to take samples of the original structure in the crushing zone. First, the drill structure Drill is divided into two parts, with a variable wire connector connection. The upper part is a precipitated pipe and a double pipe with an outer pipe diameter of 127 mm and an inner pipe diameter of 108 mm. The lower part is a single-layer core pipe with an alloy drill and a diameter of 130 mm. Water emerges from the tube gap in the upper part 127, 108 without water entering the lower part.
