为筛选出国内适于油松遗传研究的同工酶位点及其有效的电泳和染色程序,该文用水平淀粉凝胶电泳方法,分析了油松18种同工酶系统在不同电泳缓冲系统和染色系统下的表现,研究建立了新的不连续缓冲系统,获得了良好的分析效果;从中筛选了GOT,LAP,ACP,SKD,MDH,ADH,MNR,PGM和CAT9种酶系统,有15个可作为遗传标记的位点,统计了各位点的等位基因数量.讨论了影响同工酶分析的主要因素
In order to screen isozymes loci suitable for the genetic research of Pinus tabulaeformis in China and its effective electrophoresis and staining procedures, the paper analyzed the isozyme system of 18 isozymes of Pinus tabulaeformis in different electrophoresis buffer system And stain system, we established a new discontinuous buffer system and obtained good analytical results.
