本方法采用微波消解进行样品制备,微波等离子体原子发射光谱仪(MP-AES)配合专利的MSIS(多模式样品导入系统)同时测定9种皮革和纺织品中的As、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Sb等重金属元素的总量.各元素的线性相关系数均≥0.999,方法检出限在0.04—0.7 mg.kg-1之间;并进行加标回收实验,不同浓度加标回收率在90%—110%之间.将各样品的测定结果与ICP-OES法的测定结果进行比对,二者具有极佳的吻合性.所使用的MP-AES仪器采用空气和氮气即可运行,无需使用任何易燃的危险气体(乙炔、笑气)或昂贵的稀有气体(氩气),安全经济、环保高效.本方法准确快速,具有理想的检出限和较宽的线性范围,可同时测定包含As、Hg在内的多种元素,适用于皮革及纺织品中无机元素的测定.
