康熙历狱审讯开始后,清廷官员首先以“谋叛”和“妖书”等罪名审讯汤若望等人,并判处汤若望传播邪教、编造新书惑众的罪名成立。然而这一判决却因顺治帝曾经对汤若望的公开褒奖而难以执行,清廷才转而以误用洪范五行选择荣亲王葬期判处汤若望等人。康熙历狱不是因选择荣亲王葬期而发生的择日之争,却是辅政大臣陷害汤若望的政治斗争。 After the commencement of the trial of the jail in Kangxi, the officials of the Qing court first tried to convict Tang Ruwang and others on charges of “conspiracy to rebel” and “demon book”, and sentenced Tang Ruwang to establish a new book to spread the cult and convict the new book.
