煤炭在我国一次能源生产和消费结构中一直占据着三分之二以上的比例,对我国经济发展的意义十分重大。然而在1998年到2000年的3年时间里,我国的煤炭行业持续低迷,煤炭企业经济效益不好,煤炭行业人才大量流失。近年来,随着煤炭行业形势的好转,煤炭企业也率先加快了产业结构调整的步伐,在实施兼并重组、海外投资、域外开采、多元产业等一系列战略举措的同时,也给企业自身人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求。为了适应形势的发展,煤炭企业亟待打造一支高层次、创新型、复合型的人才队伍。当前煤炭企业的人才队伍建设现状及发展情况如何?山东省是我国重要的煤炭工业基地,而在山东众多的煤炭企业中,兖矿集团公司从历史沿袭、发展模式、企业规模、人才培养等方面无疑是最具代表性的企业之一。为此,本刊记者对兖矿集团进行了为期三天的采访,获取了人才队伍建设工作的第一手资料。兖矿集团高瞻远瞩提出的人才发展战略规划和“个十百千万”人才建设工程,济宁三号煤矿和兴隆庄煤矿介绍的独具特色的人才队伍建设经验,以及兖矿集团公司战略研究院院长牛克洪谈到的人才队伍建设举措,都让我们感受到,希望的种子已经播撒,一支茁壮成长的人才队伍必将为我国煤炭事业的发展作出积极的贡献!
