通过盆栽试验研究脱硫废弃物不同施用量(0、2.5、5、7.5和10 g kg-1)处理改良碱化土壤对油葵生长及其土壤脲酶、过氧化物酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶活性的影响,结果表明:脱硫废弃物改良碱化土壤能够提高盆栽油葵的株高1.17%~19.96%,地上植株鲜重提高12.70%~42.79%,地下根系鲜重提高9.46%~49.32%,根系生长长度提高10.8%~28.05%;脱硫废弃物改良碱化土壤的对土壤有机质含量影响不明显;另外适量的脱硫废弃物施用对上述土壤四种酶活性都有一定的提高作用;脱硫废弃物改良该碱化土壤的施用量以5.0 g kg-1土的处理最佳;因此土壤酶可以作为碱化土壤改良效果评价的指标。
