采用 5,6 二氢 6 烷基 (芳基 ) 2H 吡喃 2 ,4二酮和醛进行缩合反应 ,合成了二 (4 羟基 5,6 二氢 6 烷基 (芳基 ) 2H 吡喃 2 酮 3 )烃。其结构经HNMR和元素分析证实。考虑到这是一个新的反应 ,对反应条件 (反应温度、反应时间 )进行了探讨。生物活性初步测定表明 ,该类化合物具有一定的杀菌和抗烟草花叶病毒的活性。
The di (4-hydroxy-5,6-dihydro 6 alkyl (aryl) 2H pyran 2 ketone was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 5,6 dihydro 6 alkyl (aryl) 2H pyran 2, 4 dione and aldehyde 3) Hydrocarbons. Its structure was confirmed by HNMR and elemental analysis. Considering this is a new reaction, the reaction conditions (reaction temperature, reaction time) were discussed. The preliminary bioassay showed that this kind of compound has a certain bactericidal and anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity.
