本文用多元分析法,对46个小麦亲本材料的6个数量性状进行了遗传距离的测定。通过对亲本材料的主成分分析,初选了18个性状较好的亲本材料,根据材料间遗传距离大小,将所研究的亲本材料划分为9个类群。提出遗传距离可以作为小麦杂交亲本选配的可靠依据。亲本选配应在类间距离大于平均类间距离的类群间进行。同时,应考虑所研究的数量性状以外的其它重要性状。
In this paper, the multivariate analysis was used to determine the genetic distance of six quantitative traits in 46 wheat parents. According to the principal component analysis of the parental material, 18 parents with good traits were primaries selected. According to the genetic distance between the parents, the parents were divided into 9 groups. Proposed genetic distance can be used as a reliable basis for matching parents of wheat. Parental matching should be performed between groups with a distance greater than the average between classes. At the same time, other important traits than the quantitative trait should be considered.
