目的:探讨复合保温措施在高龄经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)患者术中体温的影响,以探求一种有效、简单、便捷、经济的保温方法维持高龄患者术中体温的恒定,预防低体温的发生。方法:选择2013年1月~2013年12月我院区行择期TURP术的高龄老人(年龄≥80岁)90例,随机分为对照组(45例)和实验组(45例)。对照组实施常规保温措施。实验组实施复合保温措施。结果:实验组患者术中的中心温度下降的幅度较对照组小(P<0.05),寒战发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:复合保温措施能有效地预防高龄TURP患者术中的低体温的发生,提高了高龄TURP患者围术期的安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of composite thermal insulation on body temperature in patients with advanced transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) in order to explore an effective, simple, convenient and economical method of thermal insulation to maintain the constant intraoperative body temperature in elderly patients and to prevent hypothermia occur. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013, 90 elderly patients (≥80 years old) undergoing TURP in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and experimental group (45 cases). Control group to implement conventional insulation measures. Experimental group implementation of composite insulation measures. Results: The decrease of central temperature in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of chills was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The composite thermal insulation measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in the elderly TURP patients and improve the perioperative safety of the elderly TURP patients.
