电镀行业中由于铬酸雾的治理效果差而引起鼻中隔穿孔,我厂近三年来对预防铬酸性鼻中隔穿孔取得了明显效果。现简要报告如下: 发病情况及现场调查 1958—1960年我厂电镀仍为手工吊镀,装有吸风设备,镀铬槽边操作点铬酸浓度为54.2mg/m~3。对这三年中从事手工吊镀25名工人检查,发现铬酸性鼻中隔穿孔18例,占72%。发病时间最短为6个月,最长为2年,平均1年半。
