我省地处祖国的最北方,气候严寒,地基土的最大冻深为1.8～2.9米,冬季施工期达5～6个月之久,给基础施工带来很多不利因素。为此,我们于81年冬开始在一些住宅工程中采用长螺旋钻孔灌注桩。长螺旋钻孔灌注桩有较好的技术经济效果。可以实现基础施工机械化,与上部装配体系配套,而且施工工艺简单,质量容易控
Our province is located in the northernmost part of the motherland, and the climate is very cold. The maximum frozen depth of foundation soil is 1.8 to 2.9 meters. The construction period in winter reaches 5 to 6 months, which brings many unfavorable factors to the foundation construction. For this reason, we began using long spiral bored piles in some residential projects in the winter of ’81. Long spiral bored piles have good technical and economic results. Mechanization of basic construction can be realized, supporting the upper assembly system, and the construction process is simple and the quality is easy to control
