目的:研究团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法:将2015年1月到2015年12月实施团队管理模式期间在本院急诊科治疗的100例患者作为研究组对象,将2014年1月到2014年12月本院未实施团队管理模式期间在本院急诊科治疗的100例患者作为对照组对象,对比两组患者的临床护理满意度。结果:观察组患者临床护理满意率为84%(84/100),对照组患者临床护理满意率为98%(98/100),两组患者的临床护理满意度对比具有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论:团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用,能够有效提升患者的临床护理满意度,为患者提供更为优质的护理服务,有助于和谐护患关系的构建。
Objective: To study the value of team management in emergency nursing management. Methods: One hundred patients treated in our hospital emergency department during the implementation of team management mode from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the study group, and from January 2014 to December 2014, the hospital did not implement the team management mode 100 patients treated in our department emergency department as the control group, compared with the two groups of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction. Results: The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing was 84% (84/100) in observation group and 98% (98/100) in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups in clinical nursing satisfaction (p <0.05 ). Conclusion: The application of team management model in emergency nursing management can effectively improve patient satisfaction of clinical nursing, provide better quality nursing services to patients, and contribute to the construction of harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
