目的观察苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和TXB_2、6-KEIO-PGF_(1α)的影响。方法选择单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变病人120例,随机分为对照组63例和治疗组57例,两组同时给予常规综合治疗。对照组给予脉络宁注射液治疗,治疗组用苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林常规剂量治疗,8周后测定两组病人空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的变化。结果治疗组空腹血糖、胰岛素水平、血脂和收缩压均显著低于对照组,6-KETO-PGF_(1α)明显高于对照组,TXB_2非常显著低于对照组。结论苯纳普利和小剂量阿司匹林可以有效地改善单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的代谢和血流变化状况,从而延缓和控制病情发展。
Objective To observe the effects of benazepril and low-dose aspirin on fasting blood glucose, insulin, blood lipid and TXB2, 6-KEIO-PGF1α in simple diabetic retinopathy. Methods 120 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into control group (63 cases) and treatment group (57 cases). Both groups were given routine general treatment. The control group was treated with Mailuoning injection. The treatment group was treated with the conventional doses of benazepril and low-dose aspirin. After 8 weeks, the fasting blood glucose, insulin levels, serum lipids and TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α) . Results Fasting plasma glucose, insulin, blood lipid and systolic blood pressure in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, and 6-KETO-PGF_ (1α) was significantly higher than that in control group. TXB_2 was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Benazepril and low-dose aspirin can effectively improve the metabolism and blood flow changes of simple diabetic retinopathy, which can delay and control the progression of the disease.
