当前我国的水工监理工作虽然得到了一定程度上的发展和进步,但是在实际的监理过程中仍然存在着很多的问题,这些问题直接影响着我国水利工程建设的质量.文章介绍了水利工程监理机构组建、监理工作对监理工程师人员素质要求,并从质量控制、投资控制、进度控制和资料管理等几个方面对监理工作内容进行阐述,在此基础上提出了完善水利工程监理工作的方法措施,以期进一步提高未来工程监理的工作质量.
