本实验利用染料渗入法和扫描电镜观察,研究了我科自行研制的一种高性能磁性根管充填材料(SCP)与根管壁之间的密封性,并与传统的根管充填材料——丁香油氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管进行对照。结果表明SCP材料的微渗漏和缝隙比传统材料小,说明SCP材料的密封性能比丁香油氧化锌加牙胶尖为好。
In this experiment, we studied the tightness between a high-performance magnetic root canal filling material (SCP) and root canal wall which was developed by our department by dye infiltration method and scanning electron microscope. Compared with the traditional root canal filling material- Clove oil zinc oxide paste plus gutta percha filling control. The results showed that the micro-leakage and clearance of SCP material is smaller than that of traditional materials, indicating that the sealing performance of SCP material is better than that of clove oil zinc oxide plus gingivitis.
