目的剖析近几年来剖宫产率上升的原因及影响因素,探讨降低剖宫产率的对策。方法对我院2004～2008年剖产率及剖宫产指征变化进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产率呈逐年上升趋势,而阴道助产率呈逐年下降趋势;在剖宫产指征中,社会因素呈明显上升趋势,其他因素依次为胎儿窘迫、相对头盆不称、巨大儿、胎位异常、妊娠并发症及合并症、瘢痕子宫。结论近年来,剖宫产率上升的主要原因为社会因素。
Objective To analyze the causes and influencing factors of cesarean section rate increase in recent years and to explore the strategies to reduce the rate of cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of the rate of change of section rate and indication of cesarean section in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of cesarean section showed an increasing trend year by year, while the vaginal delivery rate showed a declining trend year by year. In the indications of cesarean section, the social factors showed a clear upward trend. The other factors were fetal distress, , Abnormal fetal position, pregnancy complications and complications, scar uterus. Conclusion In recent years, the main reason for the rise in cesarean section rate is social factors.
