单护盾TBM在岩性单一的中硬岩地质条件下具有快速掘进且同步衬砌、一次成型等显著特点,但在高地应力、断层破碎及无自稳能力的软岩不良地质段,特别是在地基承载力较差的软弱含水疏松砂岩中掘进极易出现刀盘及盾体被卡、栽头等问题,严重影响TBM的正常掘进。本文以甘肃省引洮供水一期工程总干渠7#隧洞单护盾TBM在不良地质段掘进发生的围岩收敛、变形、坍塌、涌水、流沙等地质灾害导致卡机的原因进行系统分析,重点介绍并提出了该工程TBM在不良地质段掘进时存在的部分问题及应对措施,为类似工程提供经验参考。
The single-shield TBM has the characteristics of rapid excavation, synchronous lining and primary forming under the lithological single medium-hard rock geological conditions. However, under the conditions of high geostress, fault rupture and poor soft rock without self-stability, In the soft and weak loose loose sandstone with poor foundation bearing capacity, the boring of the cutterhead, the shield body and the planting head can easily occur, which seriously affects the normal boring of the TBM. In this paper, a systematic analysis is made on the causes of geological disaster-causing card machines such as the convergence, deformation, collapse, gushing and quicksand etc. of the single shield TBM of 7 # tunnel in the main trunk channel of the first phase of Guanyu Water Supply Project in Gansu Province. Some problems and countermeasures existing in TBM tunneling in the poor geological section are introduced and proposed, which can provide reference for similar projects.
