基于SBM模型的幼儿园办学效率评价研究——以江苏省Z市城区园为例

运用数据包络分析法SBM模型对国家教育体制改革学前教育试点改革示范城市——江苏省Z市的50所城区幼儿园的办学效率进行了实证分析。研究发现,Z市城区幼儿园的办学效率总体状况还算良好;但幼儿园在办学过程中仍然存在教育投入冗余和产出不足,主要体现在校舍建筑面积投入过量,教师学历合格率、高级职称教师数和在园幼儿数产出不足。为提高幼儿园的办学效率,Z市城区幼儿园需要注意加强幼儿园各项教育投入要素之间的匹配均衡。 By using data envelopment analysis (SBM) model, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the efficiency of running a school in 50 districts in Z City, Jiangsu Province, a pilot city for reforming the national education system. The study found that the overall efficiency of running school in kindergarten in Z city is fairly good. However, the kindergarten still has redundant investment and insufficient output in the process of running school, which is mainly reflected in the overinvestment of school buildings, the qualified rate of teachers, Number of children in the park and the output of less than. In order to improve the efficiency of running kindergarten, Z City kindergartens need to pay attention to strengthening the kindergarten education investment matching between the elements of the equilibrium.
