应用蚕豆根尖微核技术研究了林州市生活饮用水的诱变活性与食管癌死亡率的关系。结果表明该地区饮用的山泉水、溪沟渠河水中存在染色体畸变的物质 ,这类物质在各种饮水类型的水样中所诱发的蚕豆根尖微核效应强弱与居民食管癌死亡率大小一致 (r=1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,提示 :这些诱变剂的存在可能是导致食管癌高发的重要因素。从而为食管癌水土因素致病理论提供实验佐证。
The application of Vicia faba root tip micronucleus technology to study the relationship between the mutagenic activity of drinking water and the mortality of esophageal cancer in Linzhou city. The results showed that there were chromosomal aberrations in the drinking water of mountain springs and streams of Xigouqu in this area. The micronucleus-induced micronuclei of Vicia faba root tips in various drinking water samples were consistent with the death rates of residents in esophageal cancer (r = 1, P <0.05), suggesting that the existence of these mutagens may be an important factor leading to the high incidence of esophageal cancer. So as to provide experimental evidence for the pathogenic theory of esophageal water and soil factors.
