最近20年以来,性传播的疾病(STD)经历了较大的变化,其中最显著的标志是该病的名称从“性病”改为“性传播的疾病”,在流行病学上具重要作用的STD 已从原先的5种性病(梅毒、淋病、软下疳、性病淋巴肉芽肿和杜诺凡氏菌病)增加到20多种。另一个变化是现在不仅对一些性传播的专门的疾病,而且对性传播起重要作用的多种临床综合征(表1)也引起了注意。目前性传播的综合征包括炎性后遗症、恶性肿瘤及获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)等。由于STD并发症的发病率和治疗费用而日益受到重视,作为公共卫生的主要目标,STD 的预防
