自 1990～ 1997年 ,我们应用加压螺钉内固定治疗陈旧性肱骨外髁骨折 2 6例 ,经 4个月～ 6年随访 ,骨折愈合良好 ,肘关节功能正常。观察认为该法具有操作简单、固定牢靠、不影响肱骨下端骺生长发育、远期疗效好的优点。总结分析如下1 临床资料本组 2 6例中男 2 1例 ,女 5例。年
From 1990 to 1997, we treated 26 cases of old humeral condylar fractures with internal fixation of compression screws.
