本工作从研究大功率用PZT压电陶瓷稳定性和老化机理的角度出发,研究了材料的本征参数及其在老化过程中的变化。按照一定的时间间隔,由第一周准静态微分电滞回线测定了以F_(c1.5)为基的四种不同组成的大功率用PZT陶瓷极化后的矫顽电场E_c和内偏置电场E_i随时间的变化,并按常规方法用同组样品在内场测量前测量了介电常数ε_(33)~T/ε_0和机电耦合系
In this work, we studied the intrinsic parameters of materials and their changes in the aging process from the perspective of studying the stability and aging mechanism of PZT piezoelectric ceramics for high power. According to a certain time interval, the coercive electric field E_c and internal bias of PZT ceramics with different powers based on F_ (c1.5) were determined from the first quasi-static differential hysteresis loop.
