目的:随着近年来中医药领域的中长期对外学历教育和短期涉外培训业务的逐年增长,对于短期涉外培训的模式与机制的探讨逐渐成为关注的重点.中国中医科学院西苑医院在多年涉外短期培训业务开展的基础上,通过对参训学员背景分析发现,短期培训学员与学历教育人员存在着较大的差异性.如何提升短期培训效果成为了一个重要课题.方法:将沉锚理论引入中医药短期涉外培训的体系之中,判断出影响中医药知识粘性的影响因素,以锚定点为核心建立中医药短期涉外培训的设计体系.结果:短期教育的内容与海外学员背景的相关性是锚定点的关键因素,其中主要包括培训内容与学员专业背景、从业经验、语言储备等因素的相关性.小结:为了促进中医药短期涉外培训,实现参训学员沉锚,培训内容的第一信息应凸显明确的共同关注的“问题”,并通过相关手段树立培训机构的信任度,从而整体提升现有中医药短期涉外培训的培训效果.“,”Objective:Short-term TCM training's model and mechanism has been important relying on the developing of education outreach of TCM.Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences analyzed the background of the past participants and found the difference between short-term training and diploma program.Methods:Introduce Anchoring Effect to the TCM short-term education system to clarify the high priority anchoring point,and settle down the anchoring point in the system of TCM short-term training.Results:Relativity between courses of program and participants background is the key point of anchoring point,including relativity among academic background,working experience,language ability and etc.Conclusion:To promote knowledge transfer of TCM short-term education program and achieve anchoring of participants,the first information to participants should mainly focused on the problem both concerned,how to build trust,which would promote the TCM short-term training program.
