自的 构建了三种表达形大的弓形虫主要表面抗原(SAG1)基因-表膜型、分泌型和细胞内型,并分别用于免疫BALB/C小鼠、结果SAG1基因免疫小鼠后,表膜型和分泌型较细胞内型体液免疫出现早且反应强;细胞因子水平测试显示免疫后小鼠免疫反应趋向Th1型。攻击感染结果证实:表膜型和分泌型免疫小鼠较细胞内型免疫小鼠所获保护力强。结论 三种表达形式的SAG1基因在小鼠模型中免疫效果不同
Three SAG1 gene-epidermal, secreting and intracellular types were expressed in BALB / C mice. After immunization of mice with SAG1 gene, Epidermal and secretory more intracellular humoral immunity early and strong reaction; cytokine levels showed that the immune response in mice after immunization toward Th1 type. The results of the challenge infection confirmed that the epicardial and secretory immunized mice were more protective than the intracellular immunized mice. Conclusion The three expression forms of SAG1 gene have different immune effects in mouse model
