苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯经珠状悬浮聚合制成四种不同交联度的大孔共聚体,再经氯甲基化、胺化反应制成聚N-(β-氨乙基)乙烯基苄胺树脂。后者与双(二乙胺基)氯化瞵反应得到一类新型的高分子胺基膦配位体,用它们与二-μ-氯四羰基二铑反应,制成固载化铑络合物催化剂。用所合成的催化剂进行二异丁烯的氢甲酰化反应。考察了载体交联度对催化剂性能的影响。
Styrene and divinylbenzene were made into four kinds of macroporous interpolymer with different cross-linking degree by bead suspension polymerization, then chloromethylated and aminated to produce poly N- (β-aminoethyl) vinyl Benzylamine resin. The latter is reacted with bis (diethylamino) chrysene chloride to give a new class of polymeric amino-phosphine ligands which are reacted with di-μ-chlorotetralarbonyl rhodium to form immobilized rhodium complexes Catalyst. The hydroformylation of diisobutylene was carried out using the synthesized catalyst. The effect of carrier crosslinking degree on the catalyst performance was investigated.
