裂孔源性视网膜脱离合并黄斑裂孔较少见。1986～1990年我院收治裂孔源性视网膜脱离病人398例,合并有黄斑全层裂孔者21例(5.28％)。均施行黄斑裂孔及周边裂孔冷凝+硅胶条带环扎及球内注气三联手术,疗效满意。现报告如下: 临床资料一、一般资料 1.本组21例中男11例,女10例。年龄最小25岁,最大75岁,平均年龄为47岁。右眼13例,左眼8例。病程最短2天,最长6个月,平均为54.3天。 2.眼科情况:轻度近视2例,中度近视5例,高度近视12例,正视眼2例(有明显外伤史)。
Histoplasmic retinal detachment associated with macular hole less common. From 1986 to 1990, 398 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated in our hospital, and 21 patients (5.28%) had macula hole rupture.
