产科急性肾衰竭是一种严重的并发症,本文18例有7例死亡。本组肾衰原因有①产后出血及休克10例,其妊娠期均有严重合并症如慢性高血压、先兆子痫、子痫、胎盘早剥等。②溶血反应6例,其中2例发生于抗原不合输血。其余均为官腔感染致溶血、DIC,导致肾衰。③中期妊娠引产后急性肾衰5例,其中1例为严重过敏反应继发羊水栓塞及DIC,余为不同原因所致宫腔严重感染。④妊娠期肝病凝血机能 Obstetric acute renal failure is a serious complication, in this paper, 18 cases were 7 deaths. The causes of this group of renal failure ① postpartum hemorrhage and shock in 10 cases, both during pregnancy have serious complications such as chronic hypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia, placental abruption and so on. ② hemolytic reaction in 6 cases, of which 2 cases occurred in the antigen incompatible blood transfusion.
