脑膜肉瘤较少见,据文献报告约占脑膜瘤的3.7～8％。1971年3月至1984年12月我院收治脑膜瘤90例,其中脑膜肉瘤5例,占5.6％,现结合病理所见报告如下: 例一:男,31岁。因左眼部肿物2—3年伴视力减退入院。一个月前患者感左眼红肿疼痛,继而左眼轻度突出伴视力下降,多处诊治,拟诊“左眼下睑皮下肿物”,建议手术切除。2～3年后左眼突出明显。门诊行肿物穿刺,见少许透明液体。经超声波检查报告为左眶占位性病变而入院。
