报道了用ＨＰＬＣ法测定替硝唑葡萄糖输液中的替硝唑（ＴＮＺ）含量，用ＯＤＳ反相色谱柱，以水：甲醇：冰醋酸（８０：２０：０．１）为流动相，紫外检测波长３１７ｎｍ。测得回收率为１００．４％ＲＳＤ＝０．６６％，最低检测浓度为０．０４ｇ／ｍｌ。
The determination of tinidazole (TNZ) in tinidazole glucose infusion by HPLC was reported. The mobile phase was ODS reversed-phase column with water: methanol: glacial acetic acid (80: 20: 0.1) Wavelength 317nm. The measured recovery was 100.4% RSD = 0.66%, the lowest detection concentration of 0.04g / ml.
