篮球运动能量供应中无氧代谢占90%,有氧代谢占10%.在无氧代谢能量供应中又分磷酸原系统供能和糖酵解系统供能.本文通过对篮球运动项目特征分析和对约300名体育系学生进行的“磷酸原系统功率”测试结果的分析认为,篮球运动特别是竞赛时,动用更多的是磷酸原供能系统.此研究结果为篮球运动科学化训练提供生理学依据.
Anaerobic metabolism of basketball energy supply 90%, aerobic metabolism accounted for 10%.
