统计显示,城镇化率每提高1%将新增建材总重量约6亿吨,新增建筑用地约1000平方公里,不断加快的城镇化建设速度使得我国资源消耗问题日益凸显,因此如何有效绿色建筑技术来实现城镇建设的节能减排,就成为一项亟待解决的重要课题。基于此,本文首先分析了现阶段绿色建筑技术在我国城镇建筑应用中存在的问题,然后就绿色建筑技术在城镇建设中的具体应用策略进行了探讨,以期为相关工作者提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
