深海模拟器是为深海设备提供高压模拟试验条件的大型压力容器。其结构采用双层壳二次承载锻件过渡两开式卡环联结竖放形式。这种结构形式在国内首次采用。对结构进行较全面分析,论证设计合理性,使用可靠性,对进一步推广应用这种结构形式是十分必要和有意义的工作。本文通过有限元计算和实物电测,对深海模拟器简盖的强度,变形,峰值应力,疲劳寿命等进行分析讨论。从而得出结论。筒盖在工作压力下满足规范要求。在最大工作压力300kg/cm~2可以使用300次。说明深海模拟器筒盖设计合理,使用安全可靠。
