CBI is content-based teaching that aims to promote the advancement of professional knowledge and foreign language through the study of subject knowledge. Bilingual teaching coincides with CBI theory. This article focuses on: CBI theory of bilingual teaching target system, evaluation system and the establishment of evaluation criteria.
