介绍了一种对高压传感器进行高动压校准的实验方法。该法的目的是为了检验高压传感器在高动态压力作用下工作一致性的性能。文中简要阐述了用于以上实验的液压脉冲发生器工作原理和结构,给出了装置的物理、数学模型和目前已投入使用的准动态校准装置的技术性能指标:压力峰值(200~10000)×10~5Pa;产生压力波形为近似于半正弦的压力脉冲;压力脉冲宽度0.5~15ms;重复性可达±0.6%。并给出利用该装置对奥地利AVL公司生产的4QP8000型传感器进行高动态压力作用下工作一致性的实验结果,得出对高压传感器进行高动压校准是十分必要的结论。
An experimental method for high dynamic pressure calibration of high pressure sensors is introduced. The purpose of this law is to test the performance of high-pressure sensors for consistent operation under high dynamic pressure. The working principle and structure of the hydraulic pulse generator used in the above experiment are briefly described in this paper. The physical and mathematical models of the device and the technical performance indexes of the quasi-dynamic calibration device which have been put into use are given. The peak pressure (200 ~ 10000) × 10 ~ 5Pa; pressure waveform is generated similar to the half-sine pressure pulse; pressure pulse width of 0.5 ~ 15ms; repeatability of up to ± 0.6%. The experimental results of the work consistency of the 4QP8000 sensor made by Austrian AVL company under high dynamic pressure are given. It is concluded that it is necessary to calibrate the high pressure sensor with high dynamic pressure.
