轧钢厂对轧辊每次换辊周期内的磨损量进行评估,进而建立一套完整的轧辊磨损量评估体系,对于降低吨钢辊耗、延长换辊周期、提高轧机效能,具有现实的指导意义和实用价值。利用计算机对涡流测距传感器的测量数据进行采集,应用最小二乘算法对测量数据进行处理,实现辊型的检测,进而得出轧辊换辊周期内的磨损量。从实验和分析结果看,该检测方法是有效可行的。

From the experimental and analytical results, this test method is effective and feasible.
