本文首先将内孔拉削系统简化为单自由度系统,给出其振动的数学模型并对其进行运算和处理。结论是:圆孔拉削表面环状波纹是由拉刀振动造成的。为验证理论分析的正确性对圆孔拉削过程进行了振动测试和环状波纹测量,证实了理论分析的正确性。提出采用不等齿距拉刀,增加同时工作齿数,减小切削力的波动等都可减小环状波纹。
In this paper, the internal hole broaching system is first simplified to a single degree of freedom system, given its mathematical model of vibration and its operation and processing. The conclusion is: Circular hole broaching surface ring ripples caused by the broach vibration. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, the vibration test and ring ripple measurement of round hole broaching process are carried out, which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis. It is suggested that the use of unequal broach, reducing the number of teeth while working, reducing the fluctuation of cutting force and so on, can reduce the annular corrugation.
