患者对医疗服务的主观满意度评价是卫生服务研究的一个重要组成部分。满意度可以反映居民对所接受的医疗服务的主观评价,也可以用来预测卫生服务接受者的行为,反映的是多因素作用于医疗服务对象和提供者的综合结果,可使卫生服务提供者了解更多的个人选择和期望。以往卫生服务研究工作主要着重于居民健康状况调查和卫生机构调查,对于患者的主观满意度调查做得较少。本研究旨在通过跨文化移植修订国外问卷用于我国的老年人研究,探讨适合我国文化背景的患者满意度问卷。
The subjective satisfaction rating of patients for medical services is an important part of health service research. Satisfaction can reflect the residents’ subjective evaluation of the received medical services. It can also be used to predict the behaviors of the health service recipients. It reflects the comprehensive results of multiple factors acting on the target and provider of health services, enabling the health service providers. Learn more about personal choices and expectations. In the past, research on health services focused mainly on residents’ health status surveys and health agency surveys, and less on subjective satisfaction surveys of patients. The purpose of this study is to use cross-cultural transplants to revise foreign questionnaires for the study of the elderly in China and to explore patient satisfaction questionnaires that suit our country’s cultural background.
