测定溶液中有机胺的方法,多数是一些有机染料与胺生成有色化合物,用有机试剂萃取后,分光光度法测定。目前国内外常用甲基橙法和百里酚蓝法测定。本体系含镍量高,甲基橙法结果偏低且空白值高。百里酚蓝法稳定时间短。我们从20多种新发色剂中选择了间胺基黄作为发色剂,确定了用间胺基黄测定N_(263)(甲基三烷基氯化铵)的最优条件;化合物的摩尔比为1:1;摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10~4。制定了硫酸镍及钴氨液中微量N_(263)的分光光度法。
Determination of organic amine solution, the majority of some organic dyes and amines generate colored compounds, extracted with organic reagents, spectrophotometric determination. Methyl orange method commonly used at home and abroad and thymol blue method. This system contains high nickel content, methyl orange method results low and blank value is high. Thymol blue method has a short stabilization time. We selected from more than 20 kinds of new hair color reagent m-amine yellow as a hair dye, with the determination of m-amine yellow N_ (263) (methyltrialkylammonium chloride) the optimal conditions; the compound Molar ratio of 1: 1; molar extinction coefficient of 1.68 × 10 ~ 4. A spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace N_ (263) in nickel sulfate and cobalt ammonia solution was developed.
