我科自1983～1988年用苏打水与制霉菌素治疗新生儿鹅口疮125例,经观察,并与同期随机抽样的96例对照组进行疗效比较,证明效果较好,介绍如下。一、一般资料观察组125例,男74例,女51例。日龄≤7天42例,>7天83例。病程≤5天9例,>5天29例。21例作了口腔白膜镜检均发现有白色念珠菌;对照组96例,男61例,女35例。日龄≤7天32例,>7天64例。病
