目的观察人工流产术后置入曼月乐的临床疗效。方法将朝阳区中医医院2009-02-2011-05共人工流产术118例,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用曼月乐(德国拜耳医药)宫内避孕装置,对照组应用吉妮环,观察两组临床效果和不良反应。结果实验组术后不规则出血、腰和下腹疼痛以及满意率方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后即时上曼月乐,患者接受性高,满意度好,是一种高效、可靠的避孕方法。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of inserting Mirena after induced abortion. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight cases of induced abortion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with Mirena (German Bayer medicine) intrauterine device, and the control group with Jeanne ring The clinical effects and adverse reactions in both groups were observed. Results In the experimental group, postoperative irregular bleeding, waist and lower abdomen pain and satisfaction rates were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).
