采用单因素扫描法系统考察了再生粗骨料的取代率、水胶比、砂率、胶凝材料的总用量等因素对再生混凝土耐磨性能的影响,分析了其产生的原因。在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法对影响再生混凝土耐磨性能的显著因素进行了更进一步的研究,并建立了相应的预测模型。结果表明:再生骨料的取代率和水胶比对再生混凝土耐磨性影响最为显著,砂率和胶凝材料的总用量对再生混凝土耐磨性有一定的影响,且再生骨料取代率为43%、水胶比为0.38、砂率为35%时再生混凝土耐磨性能最佳,研究结果为再生混凝土耐磨性的深入研究提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
The influences of factors such as substitution rate, water-cement ratio, sand ratio and the total amount of cementitious material on the wear resistance of recycled concrete were systematically investigated by single factor scanning method. The reasons for its occurrence were analyzed. On the basis of single factor experiment, the significant factors affecting the wear resistance of recycled concrete were further studied by response surface methodology, and corresponding prediction models were established. The results show that the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and the water-cement ratio have the most significant influence on the wear resistance of recycled concrete. The sand ratio and the total amount of cementitious material have some influences on the wear resistance of recycled concrete. The replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 43%, the water-cement ratio is 0.38, the wear resistance of recycled concrete is the best when the sand ratio is 35%. The results provide some references for the further research on the wear resistance of recycled concrete.
