国营上海第二纺织机械厂在用深层氰化盐液处理细纱机的罗拉和钢领圈等零件时,经常产生多余的深层氰化盐液(以下简称“余盐”)。由于这些余盐不符合上述零件的处理要求,因此作为废料处理。但该盐内含有一定量的氰化钠,具有剧毒,过去常用硫酸亚铁来消减其毒性或抛入海洋中,这不是安全和经济有效的办法。后来根据川沙铁工厂7/8时轴档零件的处理特点和处理后的技术要求,把这种多余盐液在川沙铁工厂继绩复用,达到妥善处理和降低成本的目的。经过试验和投入生产后的情况表明,多余的深层氰化盐液是完全可以复用的。现将试验和生产情况介绍如下。 State-owned Shanghai No.2 Textile Machinery Factory often produces extra deep cyanide brine (hereinafter referred to as “residual salt”) when it uses deep cyanide salt solution to process the roller and steel collar of spinning frame and other parts. After testing and put into production after the situation shows that the excess of cyanide brine is completely reusable. Now test and production are described below.
