The dynamic changes of hemodynamics in neonatal asphyxia brain, adrenal gland, kidney and superior mesenteric artery were observed by pulsed Doppler sonography. The control results of normal neonates showed that neonatal asphyxia life and non-living organs Of the blood perfusion were reduced, especially in the most obvious diastolic; However, the degree of reduction of organs is inconsistent. The extent of non-living organ blood flow decreased more significantly than the vital organs.Dynamic observation found that the vital organs hemodynamic changes recovered more Non-vital organs fast.It is suggested that the decrease of blood flow is the main cause of neonatal asphyxia and organ damage, and the pulsatile Doppler ultrasound is used to observe the changes of blood flow in various organs of neonatal asphyxia, which is helpful for early diagnosis.
