应用光学显微镜、透射电子显微镜和力学性能试验研究了10cr5MoWVTiB热强钢的组织稳定性。试验钢经空淬和高温回火后,在650℃进行长期时效试验,并对电解沉淀相进行X射线相分析和化学定量分析。试验结果表明,10cr5MoWVTiB钢在650℃下,组织结构和性能保持稳定。
Tissue stability of 10cr5MoWVTiB hot-rolled steel was investigated by optical microscope, transmission electron microscopy and mechanical properties tests. The test steels were air-quenched and tempered at high temperature for long-term aging at 650 ℃. The phases of the electroplating were analyzed by X-ray and chemical quantitative analysis. The experimental results show that the microstructure and properties of 10cr5MoWVTiB steel remain stable at 650 ℃.
